Connecting to the Internet from home:

 There are different services are available in different locations. You might ask your neighbors how they connect to the Internet and if they are satisfied with the service.  If you connect via DSL or cable modem, you will need a computer with a network card built in.  If you connect through your phone line, you will need a modem in your computer.

  • Network card
    • subscribe to DSL from Verizon.
    • subscribe to Internet access via your television cable company
    • There may be other services available in your area.
