Educational Technology can orient you to using wikis, streaming media, discussion forums, blogs, and other digital media in your teaching. Make an appointment for a personal session or just to brainstorm with the Ed Tech group. Baker / Bregman computing fellows As the use of computers in teaching and learning at Barnard becomes more prevalent, the need for computing support and training also increases. To help address this need, students serving as computing fellows are familiarized with Barnard's computing environment and trained in computer skills and usage. Once trained, they assist faculty and students by providing training on specific software programs that will enhance coursework and research activities. Computing fellows can be assigned to support courses with significant technology components in various departments throughout the college. We may be able to assign a Barnard Computing Fellow to your course. Contact Robert Kahn, Associate Director for Education Technology (rkahn@barnard.edu; x4-9005) for more information. Past projects
