Introduction

The Barnard Center for Research on Women proudly announces the publication of the Guide to New York City Women's and Social Justice Organizations to help put you in touch with the artists, activists and organizations whose work is most crucial to you.

This online resource puts valuable information from nearly five hundred citywide organizations that work for sexual, racial, economic and social justice at your fingertips. Available through the Center's website, the directory reflects BCRW's longtime commitment to building far-reaching (and sometimes unexpected) coalitions.

The Guide's online format allows you to view organization listings by alphabet or category, or to conduct a search by keyword. You can also add an organization or update your organization's profile using a simple form. Only organizations whose missions pertain to women and social justice will be included in this directory.
