The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing, collection, refunding and accounting of students' tuition and loan accounts and other institutional receivables. NEWS:  Spring 2010 invoices were mailed in early November 2009 for payment by December 1, 2009.  There is no grace period.  Progressive late payment fees began on December 2, 2009. Registering?
