The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing, collection, refunding and accounting of students' tuition and loan accounts and other institutional receivables. NEWS: Spring 2009 invoices were mailed in early November 2008 for payment by December 1, 2008.  There is no grace period.  Progressive late payment fees begin on December 2.  Registering? Graduating?
