The College Activities office embraces the educational mission of Barnard College as an independent liberal arts college for women in New York City, in partnership with Columbia University. Our team strives to engage each student in advising, programming, and community development using a student-centered approach. We create programs and guide students in their own program development while encouraging each student to become interdependent and think autonomously. We promote active and involved citizenship through inter-cultural education and identity and leadership development.
