All students are members of the Student Government Association (SGA), which elects a representative student government. SGA sponsors co-curricular activities, special events, and clubs reflecting the interests of the student body.

Clubs list. We know that figuring out the system is often half the battle so we work to help you navigate both Barnard and Columbia. We are resources and try to provide you with everything from a contact name for a DJ to leadership development that will add to your overall experience in your organization. Each organization has an assigned advisor in the College Activities Office but know that everyone on our staff is eager to help out in a pinch!
Barnard has many clubs and organizations that cover a wide range of interests. Check out the SGA website for a list of current groups to see if you find what you're looking for. If not, remember that any group of 10 students may form a club by presenting a constitution to the SGA.
