The Barnard Library and Archives closed at 4pm Friday and will remain closed on Saturday, Feb. 9. The Library will resume regular hours on Sunday opening at 10am.

On March 15, 2011, in Johannesburg, Barnard presented Women Changing Africa, its third annual global symposium in a series of dialogues about women's leadership, women's agency, and women's voices.
