Barnard's Class of 2013 graduated in true New York style on May 19, with Commencement taking place at Radio City Music Hall.
Schedule of Events, Sunday, May 19
9:30 a.m.: Baccalaureate Service: St. Paul's Chapel, Columbia campus. Tickets are not required, but indoor seating is limited. Additional tented seating will be available on the Chapel lawn.
1 p.m.: Department/Program Receptions: Guests are invited to meet their graduate's faculty and deans at receptions on the Barnard campus.
2:45 p.m.: Students and faculty taking part in the procession will board buses for Radio City.
3 p.m.: Doors open at Radio City. Guests will form lines on both 50th and 51st streets, between 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) and Fifth Avenue. For those with disabilities and/or limited mobility, please use the entrance at 50th Street and 6th Avenue. Staff will be available to assist you to your seats. Please arrive at this entrance between 2:45 and 3:00p.m.
4 p.m.: The ceremony begins. It will be projected onto large screens on both sides of the stage. The ceremony will not be webcast this year.

Graduating seniors and their families are invited to enjoy a breakfast in Hewitt Dining Hall. In the afternoon, all are invited to attend a program of academic panels, capped off by an ice cream social hosted by President Spar.
