We appreciate your dedication to recruiting at Barnard.  We value your support and commitment to hiring women leaders who bring intellectual curiosity, tremendous professionalism and passion to organizations, like yours.

The Fall 2012 – Spring 2013 recruiting calendar is now open. Employers are invited to share their ongoing recruitment needs for the academic year.  All employer requests for:

• Career Fairs
• Information Sessions
• Tabling
• Site Visits
• On-campus Interviews

are submitted through Barnard NACElink.  All requests submitted through Barnard NACElink are time and date stamped and are determined based on a first come, first serve basis and fit with the campus.  Dates and space fill up quickly so we encourage all employers to submit their requests early.

Please note that most of Barnard Career Development's services are free.   

If you are a new employer to Barnard the first step is to create an employer account in the NACElink system.   Next, select “EMPLOYER” when asked “What type of user are you?”.  Finally, simply select “Register”, on the right side, for first time users.

To assist new and existing employer partners with this process, we are providing you the Barnard 2012-2013 Recruiting Calendar and Recruiting Policies and Procedures that we ask all employers to carefully review.

Each semester we kick off the recruitment effort through our Career Fairs. We hold two each year. The date for the next Career Fair is:

Fall 2013 Career Fair: September 13, 2013

Registration for the Career Fair will open in June for all employers.
