Art.sy’s mission is to make all of the world’s art accessible to anyone with an Internet connection. We aim to foster a new generation of art lovers, museum goers, collectors, and patrons. Forgive the cliché, but there's no better way to say it: we want to change the world. We are looking to engage with Barnard students who want to change the world with us.
Art.sy contains over 17,000 works of art by over 6,000 artists, and it continues to grow. Artists and artworks come from the world’s most respected galleries as well as many leading museums, foundations and estates. Art.sy is fueled by The Art Genome Project™, an ongoing effort to map the characteristics that connect the world’s artists and artworks. To explore our site, please visit http://art.sy.
