Mayor's Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability Information Session

Tuesday, October 18, 2011
6PM
Barnard Career Development Library

Come learn about ways to get involved with the NYC Clean Heat Initiative from representatives of the Mayor's Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability!  The Mayor's Office is seeking motivated student leaders to design and coordinate an outreach plan to inform Morningside Heights residents about the initiative.  Student leaders will work closely with the staff of the Mayor's Office to manage outreach volunteers and meet with community leaders.  Since Morningside Heights is the pilot area for the Clean Heat Initiative, there is a possibility of replicating a successful outreach plan designed by the student leaders throughout the five boroughs of NYC!

The information session will take place on Tuesday, October 18th, from 6pm to 7pm in the Barnard Career Development Library.  Casual attire is appropriate for this event.

Please RSVP to attend via NACElink (go to "Events" --> "Information Sessions") and feel free to contact Valerie Chow at vchow@barnard.edu or 212-854-2033 if you have any questions.
