Calling all outstanding Bangladeshis looking for a challenge!
Teach For Bangladesh is a new non-profit organization based in Bangladesh, modeled after Teach For America. The Teach For Bangladesh Fellowship is a highly selective, challenging and rewarding leadership development program for exceptional university graduates and young professionals who are committed to building an equitable Bangladesh, starting by teaching for two years in a disadvantaged community. Our mission is to create a society-wide movement to end education inequity so that one day, all children in Bangladesh have the opportunity to attain an excellent education.
Think you’re up for the challenge? Come learn more about this new opportunity at an information session on November 29th from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the BCD Library (Elliott Hall, 2nd Floor). Teach For Bangladesh’s leadership team will be there to answer any questions and chat afterward. (www.teachforbangladesh.org)
