The event organizer must coordinate delivery and pick-up schedules with Events Management so that space can be reserved and so that Facilities Services and Public Safety can be notified.
Catering and furniture deliveries and pick-ups must be made as follows:
- For North Campus (Milbank Hall, Altschul Hall, The Diana Center) deliveries and pick-ups must be made through 42 Claremont Avenue.
- For South Campus (Barnard Hall, the Quad) deliveries and pick-ups must be made through 26 Claremont.
Please note that delivery companies may not pull trucks onto campus. For deliveries that can only be made via the main gate at Broadway and 117th Street, drivers should park on Broadway and items should be hand carried onto campus. Please note that parking is limited on Broadway and parking spaces cannot be reserved.
