The Facilities Services staff maintains the physical environment of the Barnard campus, including but not limited to classrooms, event spaces, and grounds. Events Management communicates the set-up needs for events directly with Facilities Services. Facilities staff ensures that the set-ups are made and spaces are cleaned according to the event requirements.
Event organizers should not use the work order system to request event set-ups; rather, they should submit their event requests to Events Management. On the day of the event, if set-up adjustments are required during business hours, contact Facilities Services directly. If set-up adjustments are required after business hours, contact the Facilities Manager on duty by calling Public Safety at 212.854.3362.
