Priority for on-campus space usage goes to Barnard’s own programming.
If a space rental request by a non-Barnard affiliated organization or individual is approved, the designated individual must sign a Facilities Use Agreement and submit a certificate of insurance.
Rates are assessed for space rental based upon the on-campus location and set-up requirements. Events Management will supply a space and set-up estimate based on the event needs.
The non-Barnard affiliated organization or individual is responsible for the costs related to additional services such as audiovisual equipment and support, hospitality support, publicity, security, catering, and decorations.
All non-Barnard affiliated organizations and individuals wishing to request space should send Events Management details about the proposed rental.
