Appointments and Walk-In Care

Our primary care encompasses a wide range of general services, with a particular emphasis on the developmental needs of college-aged women.

You may be seen at the Health Service by appointment or as a "walk-in."
Our walk-in system is for urgent care needs only.

Please make an appointment for any other services, such as:

• A routine physical exam
• A routine GYN exam
• Prescription/pill refills
• To start a new contraceptive method
• A medical referral
• A vaccination
• Blood Work
• An evaluation for a chronic problem

If you are unsure as to whether you need an appointment or can walk-in, please feel free to contact us at (212) 854-2091.

Please be aware that except in the case of an emergency, walk-ins are not available after 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and after 4pm on Friday.

Except in emergencies, students who arrive without an appointment should be prepared to wait; the wait is usually shortest early in the morning and mid-afternoon, longer during the lunch hours (12-2 p.m.).
