DUTIES:
Under the direction of officials charged with the
responsibility for security and safety of the persons and
plant of the college, cover shifts open due to vacations and
other leaves of absence.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability
to speak, write and read English and follow written or
oral instructions.

Strong
telephone skills a must.

Some
computer skills required.

Prior
dispatching experience preferred.

ON-CALL SECURITY GUARDS

Salary: $16.41/Hour
Employee Group: On-Call

Accepting applications for
On-Call Security Guards to work on an on-call basis covering all
shifts. This may lead to an eventual full-time position.
DUTIES: Under the direction of officials charged
with the responsibility for security and safety of the persons
and plant of the college, police the College buildings, grounds
and sidewalks to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry
and harm to the persons of the College.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to
speak, write and read English and follow written or oral
instructions.
- Must be
physically capable of detaining or apprehending unauthorized
persons.
- Experience
as fireman, policeman or guard is desirable. Must possess
NYS driver’s license and NYS security guard license.
