In 2009, Azafady has
Pioneer and Lemur Venture programs starting on 8th January, 1st April,
1st July and 5th October. Pioneer is designed as a 10 week program
(although shorter periods are available upon request) whilst Lemur
Venture is available as a 4 or 8 week placement. Short-term programs
operate year round – please enquire for specific dates. |

NO.
In order to take
part in our life-changing programs, prospective interns and volunteers
are required to fundraise a minimum donation ranging from £595 - £2200
(approx. US$900 - $3200) depending on the project and duration. Your
fundraising will cover all in-country costs as well as ensuring the
continued operation of Azafady's essential field projects.
In addition
to your fundraising, you'll also need to pay for pre-project costs such
as flights. But don't panic! We will be with you every step of the way
with great ideas on how you can raise the funds, raising public
awareness of a 'Lost World' and little known people and animals as you
do so.
