Students should show sincere interest in
pursuing the Ph.D. degree

Historically underrepresented students (African
American, American Indian, Mexican American, and Puerto Rican
populations) are particularly targeted

Preference given to students who have completed their
junior year

Those not eligible: Freshmen,
students who have graduated before or during the program, and
students not US citizens or permanent residents.

On-campus housing provided & travel reimbursed up to $500.
Students receive a stipend of $3,200 and a food allowance of $1,450 |
