Students may apply for 15 week spring session, 10-week summer session, or 15-week fall session.

The summer session is scheduled between late-May and mid-August. The fall session is scheduled between mid-August and mid-December.  The spring session will run between January and mid-May.

Eligibility:

USRP seeks applications from undergraduates who are U.S. citizens enrolled full-time in accredited U.S. colleges or universities. Applicants must be classified as sophomores, juniors, or seniors by the start of their internship. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens with academic majors or course concentration in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or physical and life sciences.

Compensation:

Stipends are $6,000 for the summer session and $9,000 for fall and spring, plus a round-trip travel allowance.
