Consumer Information (HEOA Disclosures)

The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA).

At the direction of the U.S. Department of Education, Barnard is required to disclose certain information to consumers, such as students, employees, and parents.  The Institutional Research Office has created this website to provide convenient access to this information.
