Information

Reserve books and
other printed materials required for course reading are located on
the 1st floor of the Barnard Library.

Listings of items on
reserve are available in the Course Reserves section of
CLIO.

As a general rule when
a book is put on reserve, all copies of the book are placed on
reserve
Loan Period
Reserve materials must
be requested at the Reserve Desk and are subject to limited
circulation. Non-circulating copies of books and articles may be
borrowed for library use only for two hours at a time.
Circulating copies of books may be taken out of the Library overnight
after 3 pm Monday through Thursday, and after 12 Noon on Friday.
Books taken out overnight Monday through Thursday are due at 10 am the
following morning. Books taken out Friday afternoon are due at
10 am the following Monday.

Fines/Fees
Fines for Reserve
materials are $1.00 per hour, to a maximum of $50.00 for each item.
Readers are responsible for any materials charged out to them.
Borrowing privileges may be blocked and faculty may be notified if
students disregard reserve policies and procedures.
