Users of Adobe Acrobat or Creative Suite

Microsoft Office 2007
Office 2007 has built in functionality to create PDF files under the Acrobat Ribbon. These work for normal size documents. However, see our Quick Guide Publisher for creating PDF files that bleed and display crop marks using Publisher.
Microsoft Office 2003—Windows users
If you have not already done so, use the Install PS File Printer instructions to create a “printer” called PS File. This print driver will convert your document to a PostScript file format that includes all the fonts and graphics embedded in your document. Install PS File Printer
