The Barnard Library and Archives closed at 4pm Friday and will remain closed on Saturday, Feb. 9. The Library will resume regular hours on Sunday opening at 10am.

For your convenience, most of the of Ricoh multi-function printers have the ability to copy and print in full color. The quality is known as “business color”—most suitable for simple office documents and presentations on plain copier paper.
Print Services remains your primary source for the best quality and larger volume color printing. The cost for color is much higher than black and white, so be careful!
All the Ricohs will scan in color, for which there is no charge. The chart below shows which Ricohs will print and/or scan in color, which have incoming and outgoing fax capability, and which can scan to and/or print from USB or SD removable media. It will help if you print out the instructions below before using a USB device or SD card the first time.
