Romancing The Text: Renaissance Translation and the Question of Genre

On December 4th, Barnard College will be hosting a one day faculty workshop on the above topic, organized by Professors Eve-Alice Roustang-Stoller and Phillip John Usher, with financial support from the Mellon Foundation’s grant on ‘Faculty Focus on Translation.’ Participants will include Professor Tom Conley (Harvard University), Professor Hope Glidden (Tulane University), Marian Rothstein (Carthage College), and others.
