Barnard Joins Women's College Coalition in Science Advocacy Ad
Barnard was represented among 50 women's colleges on Sunday, March 20 in a full-page "advertorial" in The New York Times promoting our legacy of trailblazers in the sciences among our graduates. The ad appeared in the first (news) section with the topical headline: "Women Can't Do Science?" A tribute to achievement by women in the sciences during Women's History Month, the ad salutes students, graduates and faculty for their contributions. The ad marks the launch of a renewed marketing campaign by the WCC to highlight success among women's college graduates in various fields. Click here to see the ad in pdf format.
