General Information 

All graduating seniors have received prior written information from Senior Class Dean Aaron Schneider regarding arrangements for guests with disabilities at the Barnard College Commencement. Students must make arrangements with the Office of Disability Services (ODS) in 105 Hewitt prior to graduation on Monday, May 18. The deadline for requests is Thursday, May 14 at 4pm.

The main entrances to the Columbia campus at College Walk (Broadway and 116th Street; Amsterdam Avenue and 116th Street) are wheelchair accessible--and are the preferred entry point for guests with mobility limitations.

Although all entrances to the Columbia campus will remain open on May 18—Barnard Commencement staff will be available to seat guests beginning at 12noon.
