Friday evening and weekend classes are cancelled but events are going forward as planned unless otherwise noted. The Athena Film Festival programs are also scheduled to go forward as planned but please check http://athenafilmfestival.com/ for the latest information.
The Barnard Library and Archives closed at 4pm Friday and will remain closed on Saturday, Feb. 9. The Library will resume regular hours on Sunday opening at 10am.
Please be advised that due to the conditions, certain entrances to campus may be closed. The main gate at 117th Street & Broadway will remain open. The Selection Committee will review applicants materials as they are received and offer interviews to the top candidates. Please know that this will be a rolling process and that you will be contacted only if you are being offered an interview.
Our top candidates will be offered a phone interview. This will be a conversation with two current Graduate Hall Directors and/or a member of the Selection Committee. Through this conversation we will learn more about your experiences and what you are looking to gain from the position.
The top candidates from the phone interviews will be extended an on-campus interview. These interviews will be approximately half a day in length and will include interviews with current Resident Assistants, Graduate Hall Directors, Associate Directors, and Residential Life & Housing Staff.
For those that are unable to travel to campus, a phone interview or Skype video chat option is available.
