| Location | 601 West 110th Street (between Broadway and Riverside Drive) |
| Population | 164 upperclass students, mostly Sophomores (Seniors in Studios). The building holds 500 residents overall, including students and staff of neighborhood academic institutions and families with children. |
| Room Layout | Single, Double, and Triple rooms in 2 - 9 person suites. Studio singles are available for Seniors only. (floor plans) |
| Furniture | Bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe/closet space. |
| Security | 24-hour security at the front desk. |
| Internet | All rooms have cable modem service provided by Time Warner Cable. |
| Cable | Students may arrange cable TV service with Time Warner Cable for a fee. |
| Telephone | Student room telephones come with voice mail, free on-campus 5-extension dialing, call waiting, three-way calling, and the ability to dial off-campus with a PSC. In addition, there is an in-house (building only) telephone intercom system. |
| Bathrooms | There are 1 - 2 bathrooms in each suite. |
| Kitchens | There is a kitchen in each suite. Studios have kitchenettes with stove tops, but no ovens. |
| Laundry | Located in the basement. |
| Accessibility | Entrance is wellchair accessible. Elevators in building. 1st floor suite is up 2 steps from the lobby and is not accessible by elevator. |
| Staff | Associate Director, Graduate Hall Director, and 3 RAs. |
