Password troubleshooting tip:
If you keep getting the 'Cannot Verify your Login' error message, try copying and pasting your password from the Initial Login page. Remember that passwords are caps sensitive and that 1, l, 0 and O can all look alike.
First Year Students:
If you are a first year student, please revisit the Initial Login Page and retrieve your password again.
It can take up to an hour for your new password to be active.
Returning Students:
If you are a returning student, you will have to get a password reset. Please contact Barnard Resnet by phone or by email to setup an appointment. Please know that all password resets can only be done on business days, between 9AM and 4:30PM
