If you are a first year student and you had never changed the initial Barnard password given to you when you activated your Barnard account, please revisit the Initial Login Page and retrieve your password again. If you keep getting the 'Cannot Verify your Login' error message, try copying and pasting your password from the Initial Login page.
If you had previously set up your Password Self-Service, you can reset your password on your own by visiting the Password Self-Service Page. It can take up to an hour for your new password to be active.

Otherwise, you will need to contact us and we will reset your password for you. This process can only be done during Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pm and you will have to speak with our administrator.
Remember that passwords are case-sensitive and that the digits 1 and l as well as 0 and O can look alike.
