Senior Week is a collection of activities leading up to Commencement in May. Each year, a committee of students from Barnard College (BC), Columbia College (CC), The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), and the School of General Studies (GS) join together to fund raise, plan, and execute events to celebrate the end of their undergraduate experience. Senior Week receives partial funding for the events, but most of the funding for the week is a result of the committee’s fundraising efforts. The breadth of the program relies on the committee’s ability to fund raise and plan events that have vast student appeal and low financial risk.
