We will no longer be accepting application materials after Friday, May 27th. Any application that is incomplete after May 27th will not be reviewed for admissions decisions.
Applications for all programs are reviewed when completed and students are admitted on a rolling admissions basis. The application has been open since January and programs which are still open may close shortly. We cannot guarantee spaces for applicants who may have begun applications but have not completed prior to the close of a program.
We are no longer accepting applications for the Young Women's Leadership Institute, Entrepreneurs-in-Training, or for residential students in the Liberal Arts Intensive.
Admission is selective, and is based on strong high school records, recommendations, and a personal statement. Applications from students whose preparation may vary are welcome, especially if they reveal unusual talents and interests that can be developed further in this program. Applicants must have completed the tenth or eleventh grade of high school by June 2016.
Applications will be accepted beginning in January 2016. Early application is advised as classes may fill before the deadline. All application materials must be received before the application is reviewed. Admissions decisions on complete applications will be made beginning in February 2016 and continue on a rolling basis until registration is closed. Again, please note that individual classes/programs may fill up prior to the final deadline.
Please note that material sent to our office via US mail or FedEx may take up to 3-5 days to process through the College’s mailroom. Receipts signed by a member of our mailroom staff do not indicate that the material is actually in our office; confirmation via email to the PCP office is advised.

One recommendation form completed by a teacher familiar with your work sent by the school via email, fax, or mail;
One recommendation form completed by your counselor or principal sent by the school via email, fax, or mail;
An official copy of your high school transcript in English sent by the school via email, fax, or mail. We must receive a complete record of your high school courses and grades completed thus far, as well as mid-year grades for the current year;
Non-refundable application fee ($75) payable by credit card, check, or money order made out to "Barnard College."
