Columbia/UNIs

All members of the Barnard community also possess a Columbia University UNI. The UNI is your identifier for accessing many online services and resources at Barnard and Columbia, including a forwarding email address @columbia.edu, CourseWorks, library resources, downloading Columbia site-licensed software, using the campus lab printing system ("PawPrint"), and requesting help from the CUIT Help Desk.

If you have never used your UNI, you should activate it and choose a password by going to http://uni.columbia.edu.   You can also use that web site to reset your UNI password if you’ve forgotten it, and to find it if you don't know it.  (You can also find your UNI by looking yourself up in the Columbia online directory--note that you will have to click on your name for your full profile to see the UNI.)  For other UNI problems, please contact the CUIT Help Desk at x41919 / 212-854-1919.

Note: Columbia has a separate Google Apps ("G Suite") environment, called LionMail.  Members of the Barnard community do not have LionMail accounts, unless they have additional, direct affiliation with Columbia.
