HEOP Scholars

The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Scholars Program (HEOP) - Class of 2018

Financial Aid determines whether HEOP applicants meet the New York State income guidelines for participation in the program. All HEOP applicants must submit the financial aid application materials by the required deadlines to be considered for the HEOP Scholars Program. All information submitted by the student and her family in support of her application for financial aid is treated with utmost confidentiality. Entering HEOP students are notified of financial aid decisions when they are notified of admission.

Documents to be submitted directly to the Financial Aid Office may be faxed to 212-854-2902 or mailed to the Financial Aid Office, 3009 Broadway, New York, NY 10027.  Barnard does not participate in College Board's Institutional Document Service (IDOC).

Federal Aid Only: Students who are not interested in applying for need-based Barnard College Grant aid, but would like to take advantage of U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid, including Federal Direct Stafford loans and the Federal Pell Grant, are not required to complete the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE or the Noncustodial Profile.

Register for a Profile Application online at http://student.collegeboard.org/profile if you wish to apply for institutional financial aid, including a Barnard College Grant. Indicate Barnard College (CSS Code Number is 2038) as the school to receive the PROFILE information.
