How To Register

Travel registration is through the ISOS MyTrips system. 

*New users must click on the “New User? Register here” link at the bottom.

*Fill out your profile – this will be saved and does not need to be entered again.  Please use your e-mail to register.

*You have two options for creating a new trip:

       1) Forward your travel itinerary confirmation e-mail from the travel agent, website, airline, or hotel (without editing) to  You will receive an automated e-mail verification with the processing status.  Please log back in to MyTrips to verify the trip details.  If you notice any issues with your trip, please contact and copy

     2)  Click on the “Create New Trip” button at the top to register your travel manually.  Please provide as much detail as possible so that the Dean can reach you in an emergency.
