Early Decision

Class of 2018

Applicants who are admitted under Early Decision will receive a financial aid decision letter in mid-December if all necessary documents are received by the stated deadlines. The financial aid decision is an estimate and will be finalized in the spring.

Please realize that as an early decision applicant, you have a binding commitment to the college once you are admitted. Therefore, it is extremely important to submit the necessary forms by the deadline.

Documents to be submitted directly to the Financial Aid Office may be faxed to 212-854-2902 or mailed to the Financial Aid Office, 3009 Broadway, New York, NY 10027.  Please do not email tax documents--tax documents sent via email will not be accepted.  Barnard does not participate in College Board's Institutional Document Service (IDOC)

Federal Aid Only: Students who are not interested in applying for need-based Barnard College Grant aid, but would like to take advantage of U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid, including Federal Direct Stafford loans and the Federal Pell Grant, are not required to complete the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE or the Noncustodial Profile.
