Greetings and a warm welcome as you begin the 2012-2013 academic year. Our website describes the many student services the College has to offer. Each of these services is staffed by teams of individuals who are available to work with you, hear your views, and address your concerns. As this is a partnership, it is your responsibility to avail yourself of the many resources we provide. We look forward to getting to know you better and supporting you in your developmental process and successes.
I am a proud Barnard alumna whose life was changed in dramatic and positive ways at this College. It is my hope that your experience at Barnard will be equally fulfilling. May your year be filled with academic and personal discoveries, much happiness, and the feeling of accomplishment that results from achieving more than even you thought possible.
