Health and Wellness @ Barnard provides the Barnard community with holistic health and wellness care, information, and programming that supports student success inside and outside the classroom. Health and Wellness @ Barnard encompasses direct student mental and physical health services, health and wellness education, and student financial and educational wellness, and includes faculty, staff, and alumnae in its wellness initiatives.

Primary Care Health Services (PCHS) is the student health center for Barnard College. The major area of responsibility for PCHS is providing primary healthcare medical services for the entire student body of Barnard College.

The Rosemary Furman Counseling Center promotes the social and emotional development of Barnard students to facilitate their richest experience of college life. They offer free therapy, groups, workshops, and medication to assist students in maintaining emotional and mental health.
