What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my work is helping students and alums make the decisions that are right for them.

What was your first job?

My first job (and the only one I’ve ever held outside of higher education) was a summer clerical assistant position in the human resources office for the City of Kissimmee. I obtained this job after building a relationship with a community member who worked in the office. My experience at the job taught me how to thrive in an intergenerational workplace environment, the importance of good customer service, and how to make two-sided copies with perfect staple placement.
